Our 30 QC personnel with five years' experience strictly control every segment of the production process. They allow us to provide warranties lasting three to five years for our products, however, nearly none of our products have been returned due to defects.
The water absorption rate of our products is within 0.3 percent, which is better than the international standard (within 1 percent) or local standard (within 0.5 percent). We use 4/6L flush valves, and the intensity of our washwater is stronger than others. Furthermore, we can rush out 100 PP balls in during our tests, superior to the average of 85. Our toilets can endure 200-1000kgs of pressure as well.
